Payment and Refund Policy


  • To secure your spot in a yoga teacher training program or yoga retreat, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total program/retreat fee is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining 80% balance is due upon arrival at Yoga Capital.

  • We accept the following payment methods:

    • Bank transfer

    • Credit/debit card

    • PayPal

    • UPI, PayTM, GooglePay

Note: No additional transactional fees will be applied for any of these payment methods.


We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your participation in a yoga teacher training program or retreat, please note the following:

  • You must notify us in writing via email to at least 30 days before the program/retreat start date.

  • Rescheduling is possible within one year of the original course start date.

  • Rescheduling requests made within the one-year period will allow you to transfer your full deposit to the new program/retreat date.

  • Rescheduling requests made one year after the original course start date will incur an additional 20% fee based on the total program/retreat cost.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 30 days before the start date will be considered cancellations, and no refund will be issued.

Conditions for Rescheduling

To be eligible for rescheduling, please ensure that:

  • Your rescheduling request is made within the specified timeframes.

  • There is availability in your desired alternative program or retreat.
