Week 2: Deepening the Practice

o Continuation of daily practices.

o Rest day with optional individual somatic sessions.

Week 3: Integration and Application

• 6:00 AM - 6:45 AM: Somatic Yoga: Awakening Practice (45 minutes)

• 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM: Mindful Nature Walk (30 minutes)

• 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Breakfast

• 9:00 AM - 10:15 AM: Workshop (60 minutes) & Integration (15 minutes)

• 10:45 AM - 12:00 PM: Somatic Exploration: Releasing Tension (60 minutes)

• 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Lunch & Extended Break

• 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Creative Expression (60 minutes)

• 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Free Time / Optional Activities

• 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Dinner

• 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Evening Options (Themed)
